By one way or the other potential person somehow gets idea to get employed in our business, and expresses interests.

We assign Preliminary Communication Preparation Project to person

This project represents qualification requirement for every upcoming Communication and Reporting Officer I/C. I/C means "in charge". The Communication and Reporting Officer is to provisionally act as executive who run projects, manage people, resources and actions and collect reports and report to Mr. Jean Louis any information as agreed between parties.

Project is completed when you get a certificate of completion of Preliminary Communication Preparation Project.

Person executes the Preliminary Communication Preparation Project

By executing project steps of the Preliminary Communication Preparation Project we may understand on distance what type of person we are dealing with. We may see if person is literate or has problems in reading and execution of simple project. We understand each other better, exchange business policies and discuss in conversation by email.

Person learns about business policies

During execution of the Preliminary Communication Preparation Project person receives various business policies and is supposed and expected to start applying them.

Person start reporting on events

When person starts applying on events, then management will know that person have understood basics of the business.

Person start sending daily reports

Daily reports may be sent empty in beginning as that shows intentions and persistence of the person.

Face to face meeeting

Once person has finished the project and learned basics of the business that will help person make informed decision about the job, and it will also help our business to understand who is that person, how that person behaves and conducts, and if such person is suitable as executive.

We assign paid project to person

At this moment we will assign paid project to person. Person is usually sent to villages for research and comes back. During the project person applies the knowledge learned in the Preliminary Communication Preparation Project and in the Communications and Reporting Officer I/C Hat.

Paid project is executed and paid to person

Person receives moderate payment and eventually accomplishes project satisfactorily.

We evaluate our relationship to potential staff member

Through the experience of doing projects practically we can understand the potential staff member and thus make informed decision of further employment.

We make decision for probational employment

At this moment we present probational employment agreement or Written Particulars to person and welcome person as staff member.

Staff member is in probational employment agreement

Staff member starts doing the duties as described in the document Communications and Reporting Officer I/C Hat.

Probation is finished, person becomes permanent staff member

As permanent staff member we know that person has necessary qualities as executive.

Communications and Reporting Officer I/C may become executive

Communication and Reporting Officer is responsible to carry out plans, programs and projects of the organization.

Every Communication and Reporting Officer begins working in-charge until full training have been accomplished and position becomes permanent.

Upon good conduct, Communication and Reporting Officer may be assigned higher management position.

  1. Communication And Reporting Officer does functions of JLCO Executive Secretary and Organization Executive Secretary until such are fully established.

  2. Communication and Reporting Officer is Executive Director Deputy.
