Open position

The position within our company that shall be held:

1. Director or Treasurer of the Corporation;

The position will be defined in the contract.

Shareholding and Wages

The individuals' contribution in business can be considered shareholding and individual might be entitled either to dividends or share of profits, or comissions based on performance;

The commissions can be either substantial side-income, or real life supporting and sufficient income. There are active and passive commissions. Passive commissions are given to the Director/Treasurer even if the individual is not involved in active sales or expansion of our business. The sole location, decency and image of the individual will be basically awarded.

The salary or commissions are based on the income which we create through our US based subsidiary. The commission will never be lower than 10% and never lower than 25% if individual is actively involved. If the individual shows writing skills and contributes to our business equally, the commission will be never under 50% of the net income from contracts with our clients.

All commissions will be defined in the contract.

About the work

The amount of work is minimal. It might take 1% of the time that individual spends during the week.

We seek US resident individual, of any citizenship, which shall be on following locations by priority:

1. New York
2. Florida
3. Nevada
4. Washington
5. Delaware
6. Wyoming
7. Texas

What skills we expect

The skills we expect are:

• Basic double accounting skills or basic accounting knowledge;

• Communication skills;

• Care about funds, transactions and expenses;

Characteristics we expect

• The individual shall be self-employed or self oriented;

• The individual shall have no debts that may endanger the business;

• The individual shall be correct, honest, decent and careful person;

Possible profile accepted

We will gladly accept following profile of the individual:

• Students of economy;

• Mothers with children, which stay at home;

• Experience retired senior;

• Accountant or attorney;
